Black Fasinator Hat – A delicate, beaded feather design head piece / cocktail/ fasinator hat. This hat starts out with a hand crochet base (3″) covered with french netting topped with a black beaded motif/ applique ( motif design styles may vary).Beaded wire stems are attached from beneath the hat with feathers adorning the ends, Feathers cover 1/2th of the hat and 4 1/2″ long. It took a little experimenting to figure out a good way to wear it, but I found one! The comb on the bottom was pretty secure, but I put a few bobby pins in too to secure it.
